What do we need to wear?

Our sessions can get muddy so wellies and old clothes are always a good idea. If you’re not going straight home afterwards a change of clothes might be needed for after our session. A messy child is a happy child!

Where are you located?

The Wild Playground is opposite Mabie Forest Kennels and Cattery and right behind Land Ahoy Nursery. Satnav takes you straight to the site following the postcode DG2 8NA. If you don’t have a satnav follow the road A711 from Dumfries and turn in when you see the sign for the kennels. 

Parking is limited- please try to car share where possible or use public transport which also helps our planet.

You can get the 501 bus from Dumfries, stop the bus when you see the sign for Mabie Forest Kennels and Cattery. Follow the path down and you will see the white house opposite the kennels and just follow the road up in front of the house.

Can I bring a younger/older sibling?

Yes younger and older siblings are more than welcome to come along.

Are you always at The Wild Playground?

No, some of our events can take place at other locations in and around Dumfries & Galloway. Check the event page for details on location.

Can birthday parties be at another location?

Yes! We can come to your home or another location to help throw your little one a birthday party to remember. Make sure to mention this though in the party enquiry form on our Birthdays page.
