We offer private outdoor events for you and your family, friends or colleagues.
Due to covid restrictions there is a limit on how many attendees we can have at a time.
All Events need a £50 deposit upon booking except for events priced at £50 which need to be paid in full.
50% of the cost of the Events is due 2 weeks prior to the event and the remaining is due on the day.
Refunds unfortunately can not be given. If an event was cancelled then we would rearrange the date.
Once you have booked your event time please contact us here to discuss further details. Let us know the date you booked, in the message and we will send you out a form to fill in to tell us everything you want. Then you can rest easy and let us take over everything else.

Children’s Birthday Parties
Budget Outdoor Party
- Price starts from £75 for up to 10 children, then £5 per child after that.
- 2 hours use of wild playground
- Play encouraged by outdoor leader
- Campfire, marshmallows, hot chocolate- vegan and gluten free to suit most allergies
Themed parties
- Price starts from £150 up to 10 children, then £15 per child after that.
- Get to pick one of our themes: Pirates, Magical kingdom, Bear Hunt, Gruffalo, Stick Man, Witches and Wizards, The Hungry Caterpillar, Forest Adventure, Woodland Creations, Nature Explorers
- Two hours use of Wild Playground
- Themed Craft
- Themed Game
- Pass the Parcel
- Campfire, marshmallows, hot chocolate- vegan and gluten free to suit most allergies
- Party led by outdoor leader
Bespoke parties
- Price starts from £200 up to 10 children, then £20 per child after that.
- Get to choose your own theme
- Two hours use of Wild Playground

- Party led by Outdoor Leader
Adults are responsible for children at all times and we recommend a ratio of 5 children to 1 adult for over 5’s and 3 children to 1 adult for under 5’s
Wellbeing Events
All Wellbeing sessions are £150 for up to 10 people. £15 per extra person
This is a session based on the art of Shinrin Yoku which translates to ‘Forest bath’ and includes:
- Nature Immersion
- Grounding exercises
- Connection to senses
- Embodied movement
- Breathing exercises
- Forest Invitations
- Sit spot
- Journaling (including free journals)
- Nature art
- Tea Ceremony.
These events are suitable for parents with babies or a group of adult friends or families or as a restorative relaxation adult party for birthdays, pre-wedding celebration, pregnancy celebration etc.
Corporate events
- Starts from £300 for up to 10 people and £30 per extra person
- 25% discount for charities and not-for-profits
- Team bonding activities- den making, games, fire making
- Wellbeing activities- breathing, embodied movement, sit spots, journaling, forest bathing.
- Forest art activities- mandalas, forest crafts, writing.
- Campfire and Al fresco Dining
These events will last 4 hours 2pm- 6pm.
Group Bonding Event
Suitable for friend groups, families and these events would also be suitable for teen or adult birthday parties
Starting at £150 for up to 10 people plus £15 per extra person.
They include:
- Den making
- Campfire making
- Cooking over the fire
- Group games
- Group art
- Tea Ceremony
Nature Arts and Craft Event
Suitable for friends, families, adult and teen birthday parties, adult wellbeing retreat, parents and babies.
These sessions start at £150 for up to 10 people plus £15 per extra person.
These sessions include:
- A range of different nature art techniques to explore
- Connecting to nature to increase our inspiration and creativity
- Sit spots and journaling
- Nature craft to take home
- Group art
- Tea Ceremony
Get togethers
- For hire of the site it is £100 for any number of people for 2 hours and £20 an hour for any extra.
- Outdoor first aid trained staff on site
- This could be used for get togethers between families or friends or play dates for children, or for parties you plan and lead yourself.
- Can bring your own picnic or BBQ
- There will be the option to have a campfire
- Refreshments provided.
