Come and join us for our holiday camp sessions your child will learn bushcraft skills, fire skills, how to care for nature and nature identification.
Example activities could include:
- Outdoor cooking
- Outdoor games
- Pond dipping
- Bug hunting
- Den building
- Nature arts and crafts
- Using a variety of tools for various projects
- Fire lighting
- And lots more
Forest school is proven to improve self-esteem, confidence and resilience.
Your child will gain amazing childhood memories they will look back on fondly while also developing skills and friendships.
Forest school is for everyone and all are welcome. These sessions are for primary school aged children. Neurodivergent children thrive at forest school and are welcome here, please let us know of any additional needs, children may bring a one-to-one support if they require it.
Let us know of allergies as we may cook as part of our activities.
For forest school your child should bring:
- Suitable clothing/footwear for the weather, spare clothes for accidents.
- water bottle with water (we will have some for top ups)
- snacks (and lunch if staying for the whole day.)
- sun-cream, insect repellent.
